Bad posture is a real problem these days. We spend so much time bent over, sitting, standing or looking at our phones. In this workshop we will look at the proper alignment of the shoulder girdle, head and neck. We will work to “undo” all the time we spend bending forward.
Once you have the knowledge of the proper alignment and you strengthen the muscles and align the bones to do their job properly it can create lasting change, heal old injuries and relieve places that have felt tense and weak for years. You will leave feeling empowered to make a lasting change for the better for your posture.
