“My name is Kristina Friedman. I have been residing in Amador county for the majority of my 35 years of life.

Massage therapy has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. I grew up with my grandfather being a professional masseuse with his own business, my entire childhood. It wasn't until I had my daughter in 2010 and she went into her elementary years that I learned the benefits of massage for All Bodies. She enjoyed my massages on such a deep level that I perused the knowledge of massage therapy in my early 20s. I received my certification at the National Holistic Institute in October 2021.

The last 3 years I've enjoyed many modalities. Swedish being the main sequence I incorporate with all modalities. I have knowledge in Shiatsu and reflexology along with a natural intuition on where stagnant energy is stored in the body. The body is a fascinating self healing machine always wanting to be in balance!”
