In this workshop you will learn the proper alignment of your feet and legs through understanding the biomechanics. When we properly align we create safety for vulnerable joints such as knees and ankles and learn how to move through the practice from a strength based perspective. You will leave feeling empowered with knowledge of your body and the ability to practice safely and even more effectively to build strength more range of motion and resiliency.
