Join Shannon for a special Yoga Flow Fundraiser supporting her journey to the 2027 London Marathon in honor of her daughter, Allie Leigh, and Muscular Dystrophy UK. This all-levles flow will move through mindful breath, strength, balance, and movement, creating space to connect, move, and give back.
Stay afterward for a bake sale and raffle, with a variety of prizes donated by our generous community. The raffle drawing will take place after class.
