Join us here at the Amador Yoga studio for an evening of Candlelit Yoga Nidra: a transformational yogic sleep with the use of Tibetan singing bowls. We will begin with gentle yoga to open up the body in preparation for an hour of meditative sleep. Then, we'll use the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra to release tension, dis-ease, and trauma from the body by dropping into the space between waking and sleeping. Feel free to bring any props to make yourself supremely comfortable: pillows, blankets, and eye covers if you prefer. It is not recommended to eat a large meal up to an hour before practice.
