Breath meets once monthly for a discussion and related practice in meditation. Topics may range from meditation types and techniques, mindfulness, grief, loving awareness, expansive states of consciousness, and more!
This class will meet on the third Friday of every month at 5:30pm. Feel free to bring a low backed chair, meditation bench, blanket, or whatever else you’d like to feel comfortable.
This is a donation based class, therefore no one will be turned away for lack of funds! Barter items welcome.
