Acro Yoga Play

Acro yoga is a physical partner or group practice where acrobatics and yoga are combined to create postures where at least one person is lifted. Come alone or bring a partner to class!
Acro yoga builds strength, balance, and encourages developing trust and confidence between the practitioners and within oneself.
It may incorporate aspects of acrobatics, yoga, and Thai massage . It is recommended for those without serious injury or physical limitations who have general body awareness and are looking to create and explore in this playful practice.
