This one-time class blends two similar style of slower paced yoga in combination with massage from our resident massage therapist Mindy! Class will begin with a yin style yoga and end with relaxing restorative yoga to calm the mind and nervous system. Postures are normally seated or lying down, and modifications are always encouraged. We highly encourage you to bring blankets and pillows, as wells as utilize our bolsters and blocks!
