Welcome to this hip-opening yoga class! In this workshop, we will focus on postures that gently stretch and open the hips, helping to release any tension or tightness in this area.

Through a series of mindful movements and breath work, we'll explore the connection between the hips and the rest of the body, while improving flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
