  • Beginning Qigong

Qigong (chee-gong), the basis of Tai Chi, is a low impact, anti-aging, ancient martial art practice with health benefits particularly for seniors.

  • Yin/Restorative Yoga

This class blends two similar styles of slower paced yoga that is suitable for all abilities. Class will start with more yin style yoga with long held poses that offer a deep stretch to connective tissue and end with relaxing restorative yoga that provides space to help calm the mind and nervous system.

  • Beginning Meditation

Our introductory meditation session aims to acquaint individuals with the art of meditation, offering guidance on various techniques and creating a nurturing environment for personal exploration and growth.

  • Power Vinyasa

This class will have a quicker pace focusing on building heat. If you are looking to build more physical strength, endurance, and energy, or if you prefer a Vinyasa style practice, this is a great class for you!

  • Gentle Yoga

This class is relatively slow moving and conservative with optional modifications given to support your body’s unique shape. We may explore Yin, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga and will leave feeling strong, balanced, and completely relaxed. If you are looking for a gentle practice or if this is your first time doing yoga this is a great class for you! All abilities are welcome.

  • Slow Vinyasa

This class is a slower paced Vinyasa flow and is great for most ability levels. The use of controlled movements builds strength and heat as well as finds places for deep stretching.

  • Heated Yin/Restorative

Gentle, deep stretching and complete relaxation. Traditionally practiced in seated and supine poses, we rest in each posture for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to relax into your stretch and target deep connective tissue. This style of yoga is great for most levels and those looking to deepen stretches and increase flexibility. The room will be heated to a comfortable 80-90 degrees to assist in the relaxation of the body.

  • Alignment Based Yoga

This class is slow and precise. You will learn skillful actions through the biomechanics of the body. This allows you to use the postures as a laboratory to explore, release, and heal long held tension and stuck energy bringing your body back into its most natural alignment. As a result you will feel more freedom, strength, and range of motion.
